Norms, Roles, and Simulated RoboCup

چکیده

In this paper, we examine the concepts of norms and roles in multiagency. After a general treatment of relationships between goals, roles, and norms in a rational utilitarian agent, we turn to team-oriented decisionmaking, which is facilitated by notions of positional role hierarchies and group roles. We use simulated Robocup as a case study for team oriented decisionmaking and illustrated role exchange as an example of team-oriented reasoning.
